Letters E and K are still missing

As you may have seen, I found activities for most of the letters in my previous post. But there are still two letters missing. And this is where you come into play.

Help me finding ideas for activities, new experiences, challanges I have to carry out / face until I turn 30. The only constrained: they need to start either with E or K.

For inspiration, check my posted list below showing all the activities I have either already implemented since the challange started or that are planned for the next two months. The ideas I like the most will make it to my list and will then enrich the last days of my 20s.
